Our hearts go out to you and yours. I knew
Joan since Kdg, but really got to know her in recent years, planning our reunions. This was definitely my loss;she was a great friend and a hard worker, loved Mel and her extended family. We will miss her.
Fondly, Aviva Myers Woll

Joan's delight in gardening was a wonderful spark to our Northbrook Garden Club. She was unfailingly upbeat, helpful, a good teacher and one who would go extra miles to add her substantial bit of knowledge and effort to any good idea or project. Her friendliness will be greatly missed.
