Beloved husband of Brenda Hansen Feinstein. Cherished son of the late Sylvia and the late William Feinstein. Loving brother of Bobbe (Jeffrey) Greenberg. Dear son-in-law of Marilyn and the late Al Hansen. Fond brother-in-law of Teresa (Randy) Ray, Sara Stepanek, Tammy (Rod) Farver and Terry Umbarger. Adored uncle of 11. Proud great uncle of 10. My heartfelt sympathies to the family. If memory serves me correctly Howard along with Arthur Gold and Jerry Reuben were my Training Supervisors at the Internal Revenue Service in the early 1970's. Always with a joke and a mile-wide smile.
