Dear Tom, Melissa, Michelle & Jason. Words cannot adequately express the tremendous loss of our dear Carla. As you all know, she was amazing! I have so many fond and fun memories of good times we shared. We laughed constantly and I will treasure those memories always. I truly believe I am a better person because of her.

Dear Tom and Family, The Walkers and you have had so many years of such a lovely friendship. I too treasured Carla. There was hardly ever a time when I came to visit that she did not make time to see me either at Steph's or in your lovely home. Of course, the magnificent shower she made for Jessica was as perfect as she was. She will be sorely missed. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Most sincerely, Lyn Dipkin (Stephanie Walker's mom)

Dear Tom, Melissa, Michele, and Jason:

Words cannot express how sorry I am about your loss. Carla was an amazing person that knew how to make people feel special. She was kind, generous, loving, giving, genuine, sincere, and loyal -- she was always thinking of others. Her laughter was contagious, as she put her hand on her hip and pushed you away laughing. Her love for her family was the highlight of her life, which was evident in everything that she did. She had a huge heart, always doing things for others. When Carla cared about you, she drew you into her special world. I feel so fortunate to have been her friend for more than forty years -- we even had the chance to raise our children together. So many fantastic memories will stay with me forever, but especially our walks at Lake Arlington. I will miss my dear friend always. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Tom, Melissa, Michele, and Jason,
Our family is so saddened by the loss of Carla. She was by far one of the most amazing ladies I ever met. Her warmth and love shined through to everyone she spoke with. Our family has so many fond memories of sitting with her during the baseball games watching Jason and Justin play ball together for so many years. We loved to chat and laugh and had so many special connections. We send our prayers and thoughts to you all during this difficult time. We will miss her dearly. Thinking of you. May your happy memories of her help you through the days. - Nina, Tom, Justin, Marissa and Carly Happ
