Marilyn Rooth, Age 66, daughter of the late Bernard and Dorothy Rooth nee Goodstein. Loving sister of Joan Brochstein of Houston, TX. Dear aunt of David (Stephanie) Brochstein. Adoring great-aunt of Violet Brochstein. Fond cousin to many, treasured friend and respected colleague. Paramedic Coordinator of Los Angeles County, CA (1970-78); Associate Executive Director of Emergency Medical Services of New York City (1978-85); Executive Director of Nurse Referrals, Inc. (1985-87). Honored with membership in New York City’s Top 40 Program. Pain Management RN at Swedish Covenant Hosptial (1993-2005); Disease Management RN at Focus Health Solutions (2005-09). Marilyn was a strong, colorful and vibrant person who had a profound effect on the lives of others through her far-reaching work as a healthcare professional.
