Allen was a gentleman that my wife Regina and l only met several years ago. He was a kind person who left a lasting impression on our entire family. I can still picture his wide smile and hear his laugh as we contemplate our memories of him. Our entire family offers our deepest regret and most heart felt condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace Allen.
