The only time I had the pleasure of meeting & spending time with Deborah was helping Elizabeth paint her new condo. I have such fond memories of that day. There was much about both of Elizabeth's parents that reminded me of my own. I could tell that Deborah was a pretty awesome person. I am so sorry she was taken from such a wonderful family much too soon. Much love to you all.

Debbie and I were friends in grade school in Highland Park. We lived just 2 blocks apart. Our condolences to her entire family. She was taken away much too young.

Dear Rich, Elizabeth, Naomi and Adam, we are so sorry to hear of your loss of Debbie. Many, many memories survive. Debbie was a friend who spoke the truth. I remember many remarks, funny and true she would come out with. Debbie was positive, kind and always ready to help and give. We found a good relationship when you were all here on Allen Dr. Many shared drives to pre-school, visits and play dates back and forth, Daisies and many, many others. The trips to meet in Kenosha to keep children's friendships going after your move to Illinois. Debbie was always a strong person in my eyes. I will remember her with all fondness. Our condolences to you and the rest of Debbie's family. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.
With love, Diane and the Kuokkanen family

I went to Deerfield High School and knew Debbie from there. I have lived out of state for the past 30 years and I am glad I had the chance to see Debbie at our last class reunion. She will be very missed. My deepest sympathy to her family.
