He will be missed by many. A great family man, businessman and always with a smile on his face .
We had many matters together and I really liked the guy.
To his family: he was devoted, loving and a true dad.

Love, mizz

Dear Carol, Lisa, Ryan and family - I am so very, very sorry for your great loss. I have such fond memories of spending many days/nights at your house as a kid (almost like my own family) and will always remember him as a fun, vibrant and life-loving family man. I know his best qualities live on in all of you. Wishing you all much peace and strength at this time and in the days ahead. With love,

My sincere condolences to his family. Larry and I knew each other through various turnaround connections going back to the early 90s. He was always engaging and respectful.

Larry was a great friend and benefactor. He had an amazing ability to be both incredibly stubborn and very open-minded both at the same time. I learned a lot from working with Larry over the years and will miss his warm smiles and pats on the back, his yelling at me when I deserved it, his wise and constant advice, and most of all his friendship. We are richer for having been able to spend time with him.

Larry was the best friend you could have. We met as Freshmen at the U of I.
When a real estate recession hit my business and others were advising bankruptcy, Larry rolled up his sleeves and saved me. I will miss him always

Larry and I were classmates in high school in Decatur, but I never saw him again. It seems he became just the man I would have expected, and had a good life, as have I. He was kind, smart, humorous, and very handsome. We were paired for drivers' education. He did very well, but I did't get a driver's license until I was 35!
My condolences to this family and friends.

Larry was a mentor and a friend. Larry told it like it was, always keeping things in proper perspective and never losing his sense of humor. He will be missed.
