Beloved sister of Philip Schwimmer. Loving aunt of Linda (Howard) Harris, Jane (Jay) Lazar, Jill (Denise Windenburg) Schwimmer. Great aunt of Alex and Sami Jo. Bettina was an expert horseback rider, loved cats and was passionate about Pre-Columbian art. Graveside service Friday 1:30PM at Westlawn Cemetery, (Section E), 7801 W. Montrose, Norridge. Baruch Dayan Emet. I met Ms Schwimmer whilst volunteering at Selfhelp. I enjoyed her intensity, directness, dry humor and art savvy. She was a rare bird and I am happy she is at peace.
