Mila will be dearly missed. Although I knew her mainly as my hairdresser, it was clear she had a beautiful spirit, a compassionate soul, a loving mother. Both my daughter Alicia and my son Jason send their condolences as well. We are all blessed to have known Mila.

Mila told me just two days before she passed, "you may need to read my mind". I was blessed to speak to her just minutes before she passed and I told her "I am reading your mind". Her tearful eyes told me she understood and was grateful for that. Now, in these early hours after, I realize I am still reading her mind and I know I always will. I see her magnificent mane of hair and hear her clean, confident, unsolicited advice guiding me. I love her family and will surround them and follow them all their days.-

Mila has been our hairdresser and our friend for almost 30 years. Getting our hair done was just as much about looking good as it was about spending time and catching up with Mila, and seeing and hearing about all 3 kids. She was such a beautiful and special person that we were so fortunate to know and love.
