Beloved husband of the late Rochelle. Loving father of Erin (John) Johansen, and Andy Flax. Cherished life partner of Peggy Cremonese. Proud grandfather of Jacob and Charlotte Johansen. Dear brother of David (the late Terri) Flax and Charles Flax. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Service Thursday 12:00 PM at Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 West Montrose Avenue, (Westlake Section) Norridge. Dear Andy - I had the pleasure of knowing you in High School when I worked in Miss Archibald's class. Your dad was always there for you. I'm sure by now you're a fine young man, and have continued to be a source of pride and joy.
