We encourage you to share your personal condolences and stories of Ruth Light below and we will share them with the family.
*Email and phone numbers will NOT be displayed online

Our friendship began years ago when Mark was kind enough to drive me to Madison to meet OJ. Ruth & I sat in the back seat holding hands and chatting non-stop the entire time. I don't think Mark got to say anything! From that day on we had forged a friendship that was very dear to me.

Some cherished memories:
How loving and proud she was of her family.
Piano recitals including "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" [one of my favorites--not hers]
Holding hands & getting chocolate
Phone calls talking about politics, religion, gardens , health, anything under the sun
Max & Benny's every visit
Always being included for family holidays where I learned a great deal about traditions, family ties & paying it forward [Mark is a GREAT example of this]
Harry & David fruit box on my birthday
Stories of her mother scrimping to buy her a piano, the prejudice in the music business , the great musicians she met, Lily the artist, Joseph's innovative business
Attending the talented Ella recitals together
Always being so excited to see each other
I love and miss her
