My thoughts and prayers are with you, she loved you guys so much. Thank you for sharing your mom with us. She was an awesome woman who accomplished so much in her life; she left an impression on all those she encountered. I have so many memories of her. It was a great experience working for her, she taught me to be strong and to believe in myself as she believed in me. God has a special place for her, she will still be caring for human-kind the only difference is, her address has changed to heaven. Peace be with you always as her love will always be there for you. She will be missed by all of us.

A phenomenal woman who provided mentoring and guidance to us community/ public health nurses, since her days at Mount Sanai and later at Stroger. In a broader sense, her contributions to society were vast. I have maintained her handwashing picture that supported our infection control efforts throughout the Health System, in my office for years as a reminder of her spirit and support. My condolences to the family.

My Mother worked with Mrs. Rothstein at Jackson Park Hospital in the early 60's. She was a remarkable woman. Mrs Rothstein actally invited our family to a concert (I think Pete Segar) somewhere in South Shore. Mrs. Rothestein was influential in my Mother's career. My Mother was a lab Tech and Mrs Rothstein recommended her to get training as a Nuclear Med Tech.
My prayer go out to the entire Rothstein family.
