OBITUARY

Dorothy Warton age 90, nee Cohen.

Beloved wife and soulmate of the late Michael. Loving mother of Gail (Carl) Bordley, Julian (Elizabeth) Warton and Bonnie (Jonathan) Gamze. Proud grandmother of Heather Bordley-Harvell (Matthew), Johnathan, Alexander, Madeline Warton, Emily, Julie, Benjamin and Daniel Gamze. Great Grandmother to Winston and Addison Harvell. Caring sister of Ester (late Herbert) Levine, late Meyer (late Florence), late Jerry and late Harvey. Devoted sister-in-law to Muriel Cohen and Barbara Cohen-Kaluzna. Cherished aunt and friend to many. Dorothy was a gift to all and her spirit will live forever in those whom she knew and touched. Dorothy’s brilliance in her work as a clinical social worker will forever be remembered. She devoted her life to making the lives of others better. Service Wednesday, 11AM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 North Buffalo Grove Rd (one block North of Lake Cook Rd.), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom Memorial. Dorothy was like a second mother to me. I called her my "mom away from mom". She was always so supportive in everything I did. I truly felt like I was one of her daughters.

She was one of a kind and I will truly miss her incredible smile and laugh.
